These products can be split up into a number of basic categories:

●  Transport equipment is anything that can be used to transfer goods from one place to another, e.g. trucks and cranes.

●    Positioning equipment enables staff to load and unload products safely, such as lifting tables.

●    Unit load formation equipment is used to combine products together so that they can be stored or moved as one: examples of these are pallets and crates.

Cages & Stillages

Used for everything from transporting parcels in sorting offices to sheets of glass in factories and across building sites. Our cages and stillages: Are customisable and come in all shapes and sizes. They Safely transport goods – as the robust metal mesh sides act as a system of containment even when not being moved. Save time, effort and space. Metal pallet cages can often be folded down when not in use.

Gas Cylinder Trolleys

An effective gas cylinder trolley needs to be able to do a number of things. For example: Gas cylinders need to be kept upright while being stored and in transit. They also need to be safely secured so they do not fall over at any point while being moved.  They cannot be dropped or damaged as they often store dangerous, flammable liquids (for example propane) which can cause serious harm.

Packing stations under construction

An example of our work

Wiggle is the world’s biggest online fitness retailer, selling products for all sorts of activities including cycling, running, hiking and more. We’ve been working with Wiggle for more than a decade to provide them with fantastic solutions to help their team work safely and efficiently, and ultimately that their customers receive their products in a timely manner. We have created everything from picking trolleys to packing benches, and in 2020 they approached us with a new project.

Wiggle wanted new packing stations for their large warehouse space in Wolverhampton. Their team packs thousands of deliveries every day and so the stations needed to be durable and long-lasting.

Working collaboratively with Wiggle we provided them with working samples for their staff to inspect. These prototypes allowed any practical issues to be addressed and rectified before production began on the final pieces. Wiggle were incredibly pleased with the end result, which allows their team to pack even more efficiently than before.
