Wiggle is the world’s biggest online fitness retailer, selling products for all sorts of activities including cycling, running, hiking and more. We’ve been working with Wiggle for more than a decade to provide them with fantastic solutions to help their team work safely and efficiently, and ultimately that their customers receive their products in a timely manner. We have created everything from picking trolleys to packing benches, and in 2020 they approached us with a new project.
Wiggle wanted new packing stations for their large warehouse space in Wolverhampton. Their team packs thousands of deliveries every day and so the stations needed to be durable and long-lasting.
Working collaboratively with Wiggle we provided them with working samples for their staff to inspect. These prototypes allowed any practical issues to be addressed and rectified before production began on the final pieces. Wiggle were incredibly pleased with the end result, which allows their team to pack even more efficiently than before.
